The typical hillside Holiday farmhouse, surrounded by the green Tuscan
countryside, has recently been renovated maintaining the landscape and
its original architecture.
From the dominant position of the houses,
you can see a large stepped slope with over one hundred olive trees and the valley floor
where the fields extend.
The estate has four apartments: the first three (ORTENSIE,
GELSOMINI and ACACIE) are part of the same building, while the fourth
(ROSEMARINO) is completely independent.
All apartments enjoy a large space
immediately adjacent and equipped with tables and chairs, allowing you to stay and have
lunch outside.
It is located in a strategic position to visit cities such as: Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San
Gimignano, Lucca, Livorno etc. Our farm is located 100 m from what was once the country
villa of the painter Amedeo Modigliani, today dott. Carlo Pepi's Villa Museum; the museum
can be visited free by reservation.
It is also located a few miles from the Natural History museum of Certosa di Calci, the Theater of Silence
where, Andrea Bocelli sometimes
performs during the Summer months, from the medieval village of Lari with its castle, the
thermal waters of Casciana Terme, from the great S. Rossore park and the long beaches
of Tirrenia.
How to get here
Take the Florence-Pisa-Livorno motorway (FI-PI-LI) and exit at Lavoria
Continue towards Cenaia-Crespina-Fauglia-Lari-Lorenzana-Perignano for about 2,150 m:
there is a roundabout.
Continue towards Crespina-Lari-Perignano-Fauglia for about 2,250 m, turn left to Siberia-
Ceppaiano
At 2,700 m from the detour lies the Agriturismo Poggio al Tesoro

There is a swimming pool, open from June to September, around which there are sun
loungers and umbrellas for a pleasant moment of relax.
Other services available to the
guests are free WIFI, parking and washing machine within the Holiday farmhouse estate.
On request it is possible to have breakfast and themed dinners.
